A National Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Draftsman that is experienced in designing family homes. With multiple mid-rise and high-rise projects underway, we are committed to creative and innovative designs that are without peer in our industry. The ideal Draftsman candidate would have a large portfolio with advanced Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp skills. This position is based in our corporate office at Mira Mesa.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Have the ability to work both independently as well as in architectural teams

Must be extremely organized and driven

Ability to perform in a high-pressure, quick and dynamic environment

Ability to convert Sketches and Photographs into 3D model.

Ability to think about construction in unconventional ways.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency with SketchUp

5 years proficiency of AutoCAD and Revit using AIA Standards

Experience with Structural Revit preferred but not required

Experience with rendering and 3D modeling

BACKGROUND: Successful applicants must undergo a background investigation which includes a criminal check, credit report, drug screen, reference checks, etc.
