Daily Tasks of a Leasing Consultant:
Meet, greet, and tour prospective clients
Build relationships with prospective clients and new residents
Provide required administrative functions for the community
Conduct follow-up and marketing functions
All other duties as defined by the supervisor
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 1 year of leasing experience a plus
Sales and/or Customer Service experience helpful
Property Management software experience a plus
Ability to set priorities, handles multiple tasks, and meets deadlines
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Able to plan, organize and follow through on work
Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations
Observe all company procedures and safety rules
Self starter, friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times
Valid driver's license
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
Salary:
Hourly Rate – Highly Competitive -DOE
