Job Description

The Community Manager manage the day-to-day operations of the property including the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property. They are expected to provide ongoing training with staff, conduct mock tours and phone calls with the leasing team, and conduct meetings with the staff to coach, evaluate, and mentor daily. In addition to their leadership roles, the Community Manager will also be responsible for daily tasks on the properties including working with vendors, handling resident requests, directing the maintenance team, and assisting prospective residents. The Community Managers on our properties conduct tours, assist with the leasing process, and follow-up with prospective clients.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and Fair Housing Compliance – Certification

1-3 years of experience managing 100+ units.

Must have experience in managing 3-6 staff members and be able to motivate and influence staff and residents

Possess excellent sales/closing techniques

Able to plan, organize and follow through on work

Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations

Observe all company procedures and safety rules

Self-starter, friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times

Valid driver's license

Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
