The Accounting Clerk will perform routine activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports, accounts payable or receivable functions. Must Have: Intermediate to advanced Excel experience, excellent time management and organization skills, strong working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable, proficient in processing purchase orders/Invoices – up to 100 weekly, maintain various financial files and documents, provide clerical support to the accounting department, data entry, develop daily worksheets, develop different types of financial reports, assist in tracking requisitions, thrive in a fast pace and ever changing environment!!!

Experience, Education, Knowledge:

High school diploma or GED – accounting certification a plus, able to plan, organize and follow through on work, excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations, observe all company procedures and safety rules, self-starter, friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times, valid driver's license and able to work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
