POSITION OVERVIEW
The Compliance Analyst reports to the U.S. Operations Team Lead and is responsible for creating and conducting compliance audits to simulate the in-market consumer experience. The Analyst will use the Internet and devices from the major telecommunications carriers to ensure consumer purchases, data, and privacy, are within the set guidelines. In addition, this position will work with the Operations Manager as a liaison to the Development and Operations team on process improvement initiatives.
This position is fully remote and located in the United States.
The duties of the Compliance Analyst include:
Monitor and document consumer experiences associated with mobile apps, text message programs, digital advertising campaigns, and digital payment processes
Investigate businesses and individuals to identify high-risk industry participants and potential threats
Conduct privacy testing on mobile apps, documenting consumer experience elements and data transmissions
Identify content issues and apply relevant audit standards
Serve as data subject matter expert and liaison between Operations, Product, and Engineering for product development, feature enhancement, and automation
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of product lifecycle
Author and update internal documentation as needed, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree required, or 2+ years' equivalent work experience in professional capacity
High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong technical aptitude and ability to identify opportunities for automation and scalability through process analysis
