    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced WMI Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), system integrations, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to implement, enhance, and support warehouse management solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.

    Key Responsibilities

    Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

    Configure and support Warehouse Management (WMS/WMI) applications.

    Design and support integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, and third-party systems.

    Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

    Support warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.

    Perform system testing, UAT, production support, and issue resolution.

    Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.

    Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    5–14 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WMI).

    Experience with WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder (JDA), Manhattan, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS.

    Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.

    Experience with ERP integrations, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SQL.

    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    Preferred Skills

    Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

    Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

    Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.

    APICS, CSCP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
