SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST FOR A SAFE/AGILE ORGANIZATION

WNA is seeking a SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST FOR A SAFE/AGILE ORGANIZATION with Power BI skills, excellent financial management, budgeting and forecasting experience with large organizations, and multi-year programs and projects, for client consulting and project work.
ROLE:
- Assisting client with process changes, planning, communications, and implementation of all organizational changes to Safe/Agile budgeting environment
- Move all reporting to publish in the Cloud
- Rollout advanced level reporting
- Transition client into automation of accruals, reversal and invoices, and the new funding/capacity models by the new year
- Work closely with technology, operations, and other financial partners to progress the requirements through the agile lifecycle
- Consolidating data and create financial forecasting into meaningful information for management decision making
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Work on projects to identify financial data, trends, scenarios, and challenges
- Create process improvements on the acquisition and analysis of financial data
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE CONSIDERATION
- 3 + years working with capital and expense budgeting in Safe/Agile environment.
- 5 + years of project metrics, project control, earned value and variance analysis.
- 3+ years of PowerBI report creation
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional math, spreadsheet, and data analytics skills with incredible attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Finance, business, IT or Engineering degrees preferred.
- Graduate degree a plus.
- Excellent presentation development and presentation skills.
- Expert with MS Suite tools including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word.
- Highly responsive to customers and team members and the ability to work unguided and independently.
- 2+ years working in a large company environment within IT, contract management, and/or financial management departments a strong plus, but not required.
LOCATION: Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; other locations considered. Remote through March 2021
COMPENSATION: $80,000 – 120,000 per year commensurate with skills and experience.
