WNNLAF is looking for Qualified Recruiters to assist in various stages of the Recruiting funnel, including sourcing clients/contracts, creating brand awareness, lead generation/conversion, and candidate/client retention.

The ideal employee has a passion for improving individuals' lives. You'll gain hands-on experience working to create new business and fill open positions with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing contracts, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees
• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites
• Build candidate generation strategies (heavy emphasis on social media channels)
• Perform administrative tasks
• Assist with onboarding schedules and paperwork for new hires
• Assist with scheduling posts and finding/creating content across social media platforms
• Help with additional ad-hoc projects as needed
• Learn and apply new techniques

Requirements Interest in Human Resources Management, Sales, Marketing and/or Business Administration

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information
• Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
