    PRIMARY FUNCTION : The primary role of the Manager is to oversee and direct all membership sales and marketing activities within their club, ensuring that the club meets its new member and long-term sales goals. Lead the staff in creating an environment within the club that aligns with the Workout Anytime mission to deliver a relationship driven and results-focused member experience.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Sales:

    Oversee membership sales strategy to ensure the club hits and exceeds monthly new membership sales goals through executing basic sales strategies, including membership tours, telephone inquiries, generating new leads daily, converting leads to a 50% close on appointments, and B2B sales strategies.

    Implement sales tools, to include: Role Playing, Lead Dolphin, TI Scripts, Sales Training Materials, Corporate Webinars, and Datatrak.

    Execute ongoing sales training and development for sales staff.

    Oversee monthly sales goals (Membership, PT, Retention) and implement the sales formula (staff, days worked, number of days per month, etc), resulting in daily goals for each staff and recorded/updated on vision board in manager’s office.

    Oversee cancellation procedures and work retention strategies to achieve monthly retention goal.

    Efficiently work monthly and daily ABC reports, including RFC Preview, First Month Default, and Active not Synced to maximize monthly sales profits.

    Sell, Sell, Sell.

    B2B:

    Work to develop B2B strategy to create relationships and networking opportunities with local partners. This can be done through (but not limited to) community events, guest passing, attending health and employee job fairs, social media community groups, participating in local school events, etc.

    Develop Monthly Goals for B2B and Corporate Sales and oversee execution and follow up.

    Marketing:

    Work to develop, oversee and manage the club’s marketing strategy and budget. Budget must be submitted and approved monthly and executed on-budget.

    Responsible for scheduling Member Appreciation events, Member of the Month spotlights, and developing value add benefits to the members.

    Responsible for creating authentic and outside of the box ideas to capitalize on giveaways, promotions, and referral incentives to drive lead generation and new sales.

    Social Media

    Work to oversee authentic communication with members, prospects, and the community through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat).

    Follow Social Media Posting Strategy and Corporate guidelines.

    Management

    Leadership is leading by example as a servant leader and the key to management is time management and empowerment of the people who work for you.

    Create a healthy team environment with your staff and consistently execute ongoing training, role playing, and continual development to effectively lead them in fulfilling daily sales and marketing initiatives and club expectations.

    This would include daily/weekly sales meetings, employee performance recognition (i.e. Employee of the Month), and creating a team atmosphere to capitalize on each employee’s strengths and weaknesses.

    Club Operations

    Ensure the club is operating smoothly and is maintained in an immaculate fashion. This is achieved through leading/delegating staff in cleaning expectations and managing operations.

    Ensure the club is in compliance with state, business, and tax regulations, including all state tanning regulations.

    Ensure the club is fulfilling all tenant responsibilities per the lease agreement with the Landlord.

    Ensure the club is practicing necessary safety protocol, including oversight of club security, basic first-aid training, and CPR & AED training.

    Club Finances

    Alongside D&DWA Director, manage the club’s financial proforma to ensure proforma goals are being achieved and maximized. This will be accomplished by working the proforma’s revenue line items and managing operational expenditures to budget.

    Human Resource

    Oversee recruiting strategies and proper onboarding processes for new employees.

    Implement Perform Smart Review Process for staff.

    Submit and manage payroll in compliance with corporate payroll policies and procedures.

    Fitness Department

    Alongside Corporate PT Director, oversee and manage the Fitness Department to achieve the PT sales and performance goals.
