Workout Anytime is looking for friendly, hardworking, and responsible individuals to represent the Workout Anytime brand!

The new hire will be responsible for greeting members and prospects, giving tours to prospective members and selling memberships by explaining the value of Workout Anytime.

The front desk sales associate will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with current members on a name to name basis. They will determine prospect's goals and motivation as well as be knowledgeable of all products, programs, and services.

Front desk staff are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including but not limited to the restrooms, gym equipment, and front desk area.

A perfect applicant will be outgoing, self-motivated, reliable, and have a passion for fitness!

Responsibilities.

· Greet customers and potential customers as they enter the club

· Give tours of the club and explain the benefits of joining Workout Anytime

· Sell gym memberships

· Perform all basic transactions including enrolling new members, updating member billing info, etc.

· Keep the gym clean for all members including equipment, restrooms, tanning, and hydro rooms

· Build relationships with members by providing excellent customer service

· Consistently look for opportunities to gain new members

· Build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· 18 y/o or older

· Excellent customer service and cleanliness

· Reliable and punctual

· Able to listen and communicate effectively with members

· Fitness or Sales background/pursuing a degree in a related field highly preferred
