CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: TEMPE, AZ 85281
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME
PAY: UP TO $18-21 PER HOUR + BONUSES (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized CSR to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in Customer Service
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Must have and display good Ethics and Professionalism
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Positive "can do" attitude
Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS THAT COULD HELP YOU SUCCEED EVEN FURTHER IN THIS ROLE
Knowledgeable in the HVAC or Plumbing Industry
Ability to work some overtime as needed (seasonally)
Detail oriented, highly organized and efficient
