Job Description

SUMMARY  WONGDOODY is looking for a Content Manager to join our New Business and Marketing Teams. This role will work directly with Business Development Directors to lead our new business RFI and RFP process. They will also be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business development and marketing goals.   RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead RFI and RFP process in partnership with Business Development team 
• Organize past RFIs to be easily accessible using MS Box software
• Maintain master resource of RFI question responses to be pulled and continue to maintain and update based on internal feedback 
• Maintain master resource of case studies based on existing materials; be able to modify case studies and tailor content based on new RFI needs 
• Manage your own projects and contribute to the overall project management framework 
• Maintain a comprehensive status report of all ongoing meeting dates and presentation requirements for resourcing managers to plan against 
• In partnership with CMO, you’ll work on both tactical and strategic levels to: 
• Develop content strategy, tactics and structure for WD website and marketing materials, including ongoing updates and maintenance efforts 
• Help create social media posts to promote our content 
• Support PR/Marcom Manager with content for internal/external communications, thought leadership and speaking events 
• Help manage WD+Infosys marcom efforts including conferences, events and workshops  
• Support WD managed activation of Infosys CMO event sponsorships (ex: Cannes)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, and/or related fields (advertising, media, publishing)  
• Extensive experience with receiving and processing RFIs, preferably in agency context  
• Familiar with a range of agency capabilities and deliverables  
• Ability to quickly identify appropriate roles and confirm with discipline leads in order to gather specialist information 
• Strong familiarity with digital product development processes and terminology  
• Proficient using a CMS and other content creation tools 
• Experience with SEO 
• Strong organizational skill 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
• Self-starter mentality and hands-on/DIY work ethic 
• Proactive problem solver 
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to content, processes and strategic initiatives 
• Ability to work independently with confidence, but with an awareness and commitment to helping your teams succeed 
• Experience with HTML, XML or other markup language a plus 
• A sense of humor!
