• Ensuring accurate data entry for all customer information, contact and service needs
• Create literature and marketing materials as needed to promote brand and experience
• Providing clerical and administrative support to management and office
• Oversee new technology initiatives as it relates to marketing; auto-texting
• Collaborate with sales team, scale house and dispatch to execute excellence

·         Communicate with customers in various ways, such as: via phone, via email, & constant contact·         When needed visit accounts (their facilities)·         Become an expert on our Onboarding process:o   Introduction to customer. Create raving Fans!o   Monitoring and liaison to new accountso   Pictures of the loads: take/ requesto   Prepare reports ·         Assist sales process·         Assist with Street Customer ·         Assist with new procedures that the Customer Service Department implements ·         Assist and execute different projectsTHE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS: 

• 3 yrs. experience in Customer Service
• Bilingual highly desired
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong organizational skills 
• Strong MS Office and Computer skills
• Quick learner and intelligent
• Team Player
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• The desire to do the job right every time

 COMPENSATION PACKAGE: - $17.50-20.50 per hour DOE- Health Benefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k- 3 days PTO- Accruable Vacation Time- Paid Holidays
