    Job Description

    Overview:

    This position is responsible for providing admin and customer service support for a growing 3PL company that has recently opened a new 180k square foot warehouse in San Bernardino. Will be directly reporting to the customer service supervisor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitoring emails and taking phone calls as necessary
    • Knowledge of the WMS (warehouse management system) to enter and monitor outbound orders. Advise on customer inventory and receipts.
    • Manage paperwork for all customer activity to facilitate proper routing and billing as needed.
    • Generate and utilize system reports
    • Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area
    • Other duties as assigned as necessary
    • This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday during regular business hours. This position may require long hours and some weekend work as necessary to meet the business obligations

    Required skills:

    Data entry skills, experience and knowledge of using a computer, warehouse management systems knowledge “WMS” is required. Working knowledge of Windows Applications including Word, Office, Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail and productivity are key. Ability to read and apply written instructions from a manual, memos or short correspondence. Strong organization skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times. Bilingual Spanish for verbal and written communication. The ability to create and maintain positive relationships with both external customers and internal departments.
