To support our growth, we are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team.
CANDIDATE LOCATION
WPNT’s workforce is currently 100% remote, and the ideal candidate thrives with the freedom, flexibility, and responsibility this structure provides. Due to this being a work-from-home opportunity, it is posted in multiple locations. However, there is currently only one opening.
CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST OVERVIEW
Our Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for supporting two experienced Client Relations Managers who oversee the delivery of more than 300 training programs each year. He or she will be accountable for maintaining and strengthening WPNT’s existing client relationships and affiliate partnerships.
You must have a strong aptitude for relationship management and business development. You will be working in a fast-paced, client-centric executive training organization with other passionate team members who are focused on execution. We are biased towards quality client care and seek a new team member who excels in this type of culture.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide outstanding support to two experienced Client Relations Managers who oversee the execution of client training sessions from end to end. Responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining a database of program participants;
Developing and administering electronic pre-training materials;
Assisting with calendar management and scheduling;
Supporting the preparation of training proposals and overviews;
Preparing client work orders and purchase orders;
Organizing and maintaining post-program records and materials.
Serving as a point of communication with clients, associates, technicians, and staff.
Aiding in repeat business and up-selling opportunities.
Preparing weekly reporting and program performance analysis.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Salesforce, WebEx, WhatsApp is a plus.
Familiarity with other cloud applications such as Google Apps, Slack, and HipChat.
Demonstrated persuasive written and verbal communication skills, and attentiveness to accuracy and detail.
Understanding of marketing funnels is a plus.
Campaign and event management experience across digital marketing channels: email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and LinkedIn is a plus.
Comfortable working under pressure in a very fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position with a benefits package including paid vacation, group health insurance, and 401(k) matching. Starting pay range is $35,000-45,000, commensurate with experience.
