    Part-Time We’re in search of a part-time (20-25 hours a week) detail-oriented office manager to oversee our daily operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure our business runs efficiently. The office manager is responsible for daily operations like scheduling team meetings, ordering office supplies, maintaining the common area, and also dealing with administrative items. They also free up agents to serve clients by seeing to these behind-the-scenes items. As a high-volume brokerage, we’re looking for a real estate office manager who is able to multitask and remain focused in a busy environment. Responsibilities: • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned • Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • Administrative office experience is preferred but not required • Basic real estate knowledge is preferred but not required Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
