We’re searching for a dynamic real estate administrative assistant to work day in and day out alongside the Broker. This opportunity will give you the chance to not only work beside one of the top agents in Louisville but to also learn everything there is to know about real estate by being involved in the action on a daily basis. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Broker in various administrative tasks, client communications, and transaction management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate and exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a collaborative and rewarding environment. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of real estate transaction management and database management. Responsibilities: • Prepare all listing packages with materials to include: pre-listing presentation, comparative market analysis, listing package paperwork, etc. enter into MLS, etc. and obtain all necessary signatures • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing • Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, broker open houses, and obtaining feedback • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings Qualifications: • Resourceful: Able to critically think about and act on what needs to be done in order to achieve the overall task • Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills • Works well across teams and with people at various levels of the organization • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Great written and verbal skills • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
