THE TEAM
Make-A-Wish America is the national headquarters for our organization, providing resources and support for our Chapters around the country. The Revenue Partnerships and Services Team is committed to providing a best-in-class donor experience by elevating our fundraising programs across the country. This team of fundraising professionals are driving a culture of philanthropy to provide resources to grant a wish for every eligible child.
THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Prospecting will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of revenue strategy best practices to drive revenue across all channels throughout the Enterprise. In addition, this position will develop reports and dashboards with visualization tools, ensure research tools and sources are maximized, and manage all prospects generated by national, across chapters, and MAWA fundraising staff. This position will create and manage Salesforce guidance for moves management for chapters and MAWA staff. The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive prospect identification strategies that apply to both MAWA and MAW Chapters, with a focus on identifying individuals, foundations, and organizations with the affinity and capacity to provide charitable support to the MAW enterprise. This position is responsible for the successful adoption and growth of Salesforce as a primary strategy for Revenue team members to support a fundraising and donor-driven culture enterprise-wide at Make-A-Wish (MAW).
