WRA Architects is hiring a Marketing Manager for our Dallas office!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Minimum of 3 years-experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Communications. Experience in Architecture/ Engineering, Construction, Graphic Design or Public Education a plus. This position requires a high level of electronic marketing and management, preferably in B2B marketing management. Experience to include Content Management System (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SEO/SEM best practices, SEO/SEM bidding strategies, blogs, social media and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. The primary objective of the role is to develop and implement firm-wide processes that incorporate delivery methods for marketing production & strategy. This position requires an ability to manage and complete multiple simultaneous projects with a critical eye for detail and the ability to shift modes of operation seamlessly

REPORTS - The Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director and Principals
CONTINUING EDUCATION/ EXPERTISE/ LEADERSHIP - Participate in seminars, conventions & organizations relevant to Marketing, Architecture and School Design (SMPS, AMA, TSPRA, TASA/ TASB conventions, AIA seminars) in order to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and techniques.
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP - Obtain and promote knowledge about design, construction, technology, bond planning and public education issues thru blogs, public speaking, published articles and educational outreach
