A 100+ person Architecture design consultancy who remains the GoTo to most all premier real-estate developers who specialize in the NYC market. No. Our client has been in the NYC market over 100 years and have an extremely well established successful partnership with highly diverse project typology that keeps their staff fully utilized during boom years and/or bust.

If you are a young Architect with some exposure in NYC building design mid to high-rise multi-family, mixed-use, hotel..etc and have career aspirations to run full design process with complicated building programs and more importantly actually experiencing those designs being built in the utmost efficient way than this is the top practice for such expert mentorship. Architectural Designers - who are super creative and thrive in the planning, programming, researching, zoning & massing, conceptualizing, 3D modeling of large scale exteriors and competition presentation stages of design and who have 2-10 years of experience with large-scale developments.

Technical Designers - who truly appreciate seeing the full process of large building programs from schematic design through construction administration and find their strengths in creating the design details to ensure all building code & ADA compliances associate with getting plans permitted and coordinated through all trades of design. Who simply want to be mentored by proven local building design expert Architects while absorbing such knowledge of creating structures and spaces most efficiently for leading real estate developer organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Professional exposure in multi-family high-rise residential and mixed-use development
• Exposure to NYC zoning & building codes
• Technical proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
• 3-D modeling and rendering experience preferred (Rhino, Enscape, Grasshopper, VRay, 3D Studio Max...etc)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent graphic presentation
