    Job Description

    POSITION: PRODUCT MANAGER

    Summary:

    The Product Manager will be part of the Digital Banking Team and focus on the Business Cash management product offering. This person will provide input for the business strategic product roadmap and own the implementation and management of product additions and enhancements.  

     Key Result Areas:  

    • Develops and owns implementation of business cash management products from start to finish and manages products post implementation

    • Acts as subject matter expert on assigned cash management products

    • Defines a product roadmap and strategy for assigned cash management products by leveraging market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research

    • Focus on product enhancements and launches new products as needed to meet the product road map

    • Defines strategy to produce a differentiated customer experience for assigned products

    • Provides direction to leadership and internal stakeholders to determine product priorities and opportunities

    • Partners with other business line owners across the organization to evaluate, define, and develop products/ feature requirements to meet customers’ needs

    • Builds critical partnerships with key business lines (Cash Management Sales, Commercial and Small Business Officers, Retail, Risk, Legal, IT)

    • Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and strategic goals are met

    • Regularly reviews and re‐evaluates competitive landscape comparing features, pricing, design and overall competitiveness

    • Measures and reviews product revenue and profitability on an ongoing basis

    • Ensures all new and existing products are in compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements

    • Creates and maintains product materials such as procedures, user guides, customer communications and marketing materials

    • Develops and conducts product training as needed

    • Supports adoption of owned cash management products across the commercial and small business portfolio

    • Perform additional duties as required

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Five plus years of industry experience

    • Driven self-starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines

    • Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills

    • Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency

    • Ability to work independently in fast paced environment

    • Strong written and oral communication skills

    • The ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions in an independent manner seeking assistance from Management as needed
