    WSH Management has managed senior and multi-family properties since we began operations almost 20 years ago and are very experienced in the management of both Affordable and Market Rate Apartment Communities. We currently manage over 60 properties in California and have over 100 employees. 

    WSH Management is currently seeking a Accounts Payable to join our growing team at our Corporate Office in Irvine, CA!

    Looking for a confident, self-starter, detailed oriented, problem solving Accounts Payable Specialist.  The AP Specialist oversees a portfolio of 21 properties plus Corporate payables.  Systems to be used are Yardi, Payscan and Quickbooks.  Ideal candidate will work with property and regional managers to ensure payables are entered timely and correct.  Weekly check runs.  Assist staff accountants with clerical duties to ensure financials are reported on time.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Property Management Accounting for multiple properties (20+) and Corporate payables (4-5 years' experience preferred)
    • Knowledgeable with 50059 Functions preferred.
    • Experience with Yardi Voyager, Payscan and Quickbooks.
    • Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, 10 key, internet search, math, Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Accounting degree preferred.
    • Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening. (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with WSH Management.)

    FULL benefit pkg includes:

    Full Time:  40 hours per week - $26.50 hourly wage
