WSH Management is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing team at our Corporate Office in Irvine, near John Wayne Airport.

This position will be responsible for completing monthly bank reconciliations for properties as well as reviewing financial statements.  This person will work closely with the Controller as well as resident managers and regional managers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process financial statements for assigned properties
• Reconcile monthly bank accounts, accrue monthly expenses and process payables every two weeks
• Make bank deposits, mail checks, administrative support for accounting
• Process all vendor inquiries
• Reviews rent roll and general ledgers with details for accuracy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bank Reconciliation for multiple accounts experience
• Yardi Voyager(Preferred)
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Posting accruals and recurring journal entries
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, 10 key, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 including Word, Excel, Excel Pivot tables and Outlook.
