• $26.00-$28.00 PER HOUR (DOE)

WSH Management is currently seeking a Jr. Accountant to join our accounting team at our Corporate Office in Irvine near John Wayne Airport.

This position will be responsible for completing monthly bank reconciliations for properties as well as reviewing lender statements and post any interest and true up accrued interest quarterly.  This person will work closely with the accounting manager as well as resident managers and regional managers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the financial statements for assigned properties
• Reconcile monthly bank accounts and process payables
• Make bank deposits, mail checks, administrative support for accounting
• Process vendor inquiries
• Reviews rent roll and general ledgers with details for accuracy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bank Reconciliation for multiple accounts experience
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Property management software experience (Yardi Voyager preferred)
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, 10 key, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 including Word, Excel, Excel Pivot tables and Outlook.
