Administrative Assistant for Property Management
Job Description
LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT POSITION
POSITION INCLUDES HANDLING THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
· Overseeing building maintenance and repair/ job work orders
· Formulate tenant leases/ review / lease expiration.
· Assist in Attorney lease review and updates.
· Implementing and overseeing property / tenant / subcontractor insurance and certificates of insurance
· Handling tenant inquires.
· Preparing property insurance bids and renewals/ interaction with insurance brokers
· Reviewing Health insurance quotes and bids
· Radio tower leases review/ supervision
· Building equipment and warranties
· Subcontractor’s bids / review/ price comparison
· Building violations
· Marketing
· Utility repairs and upgrades
· Alarms and security
· Building improvements/ tenant fit out.
· Computer software / hardware upgrades and maintenance with IT department
· Monitor property information / operating expenses.
· Create bids for special building projects such as new roofs, HVAC installation etc.
