ENVIRO-DRILL, INC. has an excellent opportunity for a Client Manager (geology background preferred) at its Phoenix, Arizona facility. This position reports to the Director of Drilling Services and will be responsible for all aspects of business administration within the business unit. ENVIRO-DRILL provides Geotechnical, Environmental and Monitor Well drilling services in the southwestern United States to support the quality of our environment, commercial and residential developments, and infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Schedule drill crews and coordinate shop time; maintain calendars
Prepare drilling proposals and project invoices
Expand client relationships and increase marketing exposure
Handle client phone calls
Maintain all job files: create folders, file permits, collect and process Daily Work Reports
Review timecards for accuracy and enter for project accounting and payroll
Ensure compliance with D.O.T. regulations and company safety program
Arrange effective vehicle maintenance and repair
Coordinate employee hiring, onboarding, and training
Promote positive work environment and job satisfaction
Support Director in growing our capabilities, professionalism, and profitability
Review and maintain Driver Qualification Files, Driver’s Logs, and Vehicle Inspection Reports
Social Media Management and Marketing
Request Certificates of Insurance and Bonds
Prepare Well Completion Reports before/after each job
Complete business license applications and renewals
Process invoices for payment and maintain client files
Work with accounting to finalize invoices and purchase orders for month end closing
Communicate with clients to facilitate invoice collection
Complete all other duties and projects as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Associates prefered; Geology preferred
At least five years’ office experience
Confident communicator; excellent verbal, written and math skills
Must be proficient in MS word and Excel
Positive, upbeat attitude and strong ability to learn
Flexible and able to move between projects throughout the day
Able to maintain professional demeanor under occasional stress
Ability to work independently, with a team, and overtime if needed
