Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder Therapist/Clinician to join our team! In this role, you will facilitate group and individual therapies and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), Licensed Social worker (LSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Perform intakes and assessments
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Diagnose and treats mental health disorders.
Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
Involve and advises family members when appropriate.
Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license, LSW, LPC, LCSW preferred
Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Certifications All certifications will be required to be completed prior to start date with revalidation per company’s policy. ● HIPAA ● Adult CPR - First Aid ● Blood Borne Pathogens
● CPI validation required within 30 days of employment with revalidation per company’s policy.
