    Job Description

    Highly visible inside sales role in a fast-growing, quick-moving area of Brands digital business. You will use your sales skills and expertise to meet and exceed growth targets, while driving customer satisfaction by growing relationships with a diverse set of clients including schools and businesses. You fully understand the product and service solutions in the uniform and school space and will work closely with the Sales Support Team and corporate partners to launch new business and to retain existing accounts.

     

    Selling in and selling through are equally important, it is your job to recruit new business through several channels, including company and self-generated email campaigns, cold calls, prospecting through on-line sites, word of mouth referrals and trade show lead generation. Special focus and attention are required to attract new bulk business clients and to regenerate and grow relationships with current and former customers as well.

    Customer experience and satisfaction is also a key component in the position. You will provide updates to your Sales Team and Manager on a regular basis which influence future sales and service decisions within the company. If you enjoy excitement and diversity, this job is for you.

     

    EDUCATIONAL/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • BA/BS College Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 plus years selling experience in this or a similar field.
    • Experience developing sales strategies and forecasting future market growth potential.
    • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
    • Demonstrated track record of sales success.

     

    SKILLS:

    • Strong Selling and negotiation skills.
    • Goal oriented with a focus on achieving aggressive sales goals.
    • Strong ability to outsell, based on a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
    • Exceptional presentation skills through phone calls and video/audio applications.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple demands with efficiency. Ability to self-manage in a remote office setting.
    • Values internal and external customers equally.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build relationships with decision makers, resulting in won business and maintaining a high percentage of existing account base.
    • Pursue leads throughout the sales process to close of business; both self-generated and through company initiatives.
    • Achieve all company sales goals and metric expectations.
    • Offer transparency throughout the sales process through documentation and utilization of CRM system.
    • Utilize CRM to determine effectiveness of campaign strategies.
