About the role
The Intake specialist performs various general administrative task such but not limited to creating documents, proofreading, sending communications, scheduling and filing.
· Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming ticket requests
· Interact with ticketing systems (client and internal)
· Coordinate team member schedules
· Handle the first point of communication with clients regarding tickets and their status
· Interact in real-time with technicians to manage tickets, completions and adjustments
· Submit end-of-day ticket report day
· Manage technician-submitted Quotes to clients for out-of-scope projects
Candidate requirements
· Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED
· Must be able to pass full background check and drug screening
· Detail-oriented precision in all areas of work
· Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple schedules and calendars
· Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and meet tight deadlines
· Proficiency with basic office equipment and office management software
· Strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
· Ability to comfortably multitask and shift gears throughout the workday
Schedule
· 8 to 10 hours shift
· Day Shift
· Monday to Friday
· Overtime
· Weekends as needed
