    Job Description

    Wacom is seeking an energetic, results-oriented seller to focus on maximizing sales across Wacom’s product line through Enterprise and Key Education accounts.  The ideal candidate will have proven prospecting, marketing building and account management experience.  Prior knowledge of Wacom branded products is not necessary but a comfort level in presenting and demonstrating the products is a must.   The primary focus will be to grow B2B business in the Creative Enterprise and Education markets.  Target customers are large accounts in the Animation, Gaming, Visual Effects, and Industrial Design fields as well as educational institutions.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Achieve or exceed volume and revenue targets for the Northwest Region
    • Generate net-new sales through new and existing accounts
    • Develop and grow new relationships within the market
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast through prospecting, discovery calls and meetings
    • Manage a “total office call”.  They will know how to navigate relationships with IT Directors, Design/Art Directors, Artists, and Purchasing Departments
    • Effectively manage and consistently improve on customer relationships to grow Wacom business
    • Present and demonstrate Wacom’s product line to accounts
    • Generate specific plans that recommend solutions and demonstrate an understanding of client objectives
    • Generate quarterly plans that contribute to driving Wacom’s key initiatives

    SKILLS YOU BRING:

    • 5+ years of corporate B2B field sales experience
    • Proven track record of closing business and achieving sales targets in the tech industry.
    • Ability to navigate large corporate customers and manage a long sales cycle
    • Strong presentation, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work both individually and cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Logistics to problem solve and drive results
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must
    • Must have experience using a CRM tool. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
    • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within designated region
    • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds

    EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

    • Selling into creative sectors
    • Consumer electronics sales experience
