You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Greet and attend to incoming clients and visitors in a professional manner • Answer all incoming calls, screen calls, and direct calls to the appropriate person • Sort incoming mail, distribute and take to mailbox • Sort and maintain quarterly transactional statements • Maintain mailing supplies • Confirm Office or phone appointments with clients • Send birthday cards to clients. • Maintain and monitor/schedule conference room usage • Monitor and maintain all office equipment and supplies Qualifications: Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Compensation: $39,000
