    The Gardens is seeking EXPERIENCED CNAS/RCAS for their Memory Support Community

    SHIFTS: VARIED

    Qualifications:

    • Previous Alzheimer's and Dementia care experience
    • Previous long-term care experience
    • Must remain awake for entire overnight shift
    • Must have availability to work rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled
    • Current MA CNA license, in good standing
    • A great team player and dependable person
    • A passion for providing excellent care to the senior community

  • Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college of university; have or develop and maintain a working knowledge of estate planning principles and a clear understanding of all forms of annual, capital and deferred gifts. Strongly prefer at least five years’ experience in a non-profit organization(s) or in a closely related field such as estate, tax or financial planning.  Additional special skills and characteristics include the following:

    • Outgoing professional demeanor with experience building personal relationships
    • A passion for the mission of the College of Law.
    • Strong proven interpersonal skills to deal effectively with board members, internal organizational leadership and other Development & Alumni Relations staff, as well as donors and prospects and their advisors.
    • Integrity coupled with the ability to engender trust and confidence.
    • Proactive strategic thinker.
    • Energetic team player.
    • Ability to actively listen; good observation skills.
    • Strong communication skills, articulate, conceptual and persuasive.
