QUALIFICATIONS :Preference is to someone who has experience multi-tasking many high priority responsibilities with a positive attitude while providing the best customer service to all clients.

This position requires the ability to adapt to change, to be innovative, and communicate clearly.

You must have the ability to think critically and have great attention to detail.

• Open availability on HOLIDAYS AND BOTH WEEKEND DAYS
• Shifts start at 12:00pm, 5pm
• Shifts end at 5:00pm, 9:30pm
• Flexible Schedule
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and more
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We will provide resources and hands on training to prepare you for success. You will be responsible for:

• Personally, resolve customer issues; updating management and staff as to resolution outcomes
• Creating daycare and lodging reservations and scheduling new client assessments
• Solving any issues occurring on shift such as (but not limited to) a pet that is out of food, a pet not eating, playgroup behavior concerns, follow up on administering medications in a timely manner, contingency planning and problem solving at time of occurrence
• Up-sell a range of our awesome services (grooming, training, puppy social)
• Retaining pet notes and ensuring key information is communicated to Pet Parents appropriately and in a timely manner
• Supervising and maintaining order in a large group of loud and active dogs
• General facility sanitation
• Knowing each dog’s placement and escorting dogs to the indoor and outdoor areas
• Taking a genuine interest and learning all dog names and personalities
• Administering medication
• Serve meals and medications
• Remove dog waste

Pay: $15.00 per hour
