Job Description
This role is responsible for monitoring daily cash sales as well as settlements of credit/debit card sales and Arch Card transactions using T-Recs (Total Reconciliation Systems) software. In addition to identifying late or missing deposits, identify unusual trends and exceptions related to our McOpCo depository accounts and initiate research on these items. This position provides direct customer service via telephone and e-mail, including answering calls and questions from restaurant managers, field personnel, security managers, accounting center personnel, as well as direct contact with banking and armored car partners.
