Responsible for the overall office management of the firm along with accounts payable/accounts receivable. This position also provides Human Resources services. Responsibilities: Human Resources • Process payroll and bonuses through QuickBooks Online • Processes 401(k) contributions, loan requests, loan repayments, and withdrawals • Maintains employee benefits insurance coverage and provides notices of changes to staff • Processes additions and deletions of staff from employee benefits insurance coverage • Monitors time off for staff • Maintains required forms for staff, including W-4, I-9, and Direct Deposit Authorization • Benefit compliance Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: • Processes payments from clients • Makes deposits to appropriate bank accounts • Records all incoming payments in appropriate systems (QuickBooks and Clio Manage) • Pays all bills associated with a fast-paced, energetic office Manages office supplies and equipment: • Orders supplies, and equipment as needed or requested Reconciles four (4) bank accounts: • Operating, Savings and two (2) IOLTA/trust accounts Offers IT support within the scope of their capabilities or coordinates outside vendors to provide needed services. Assist with attorney employment support: • Annual attorney license and association renewals • New hire and termination insurance coordination Staff Management: • Complete 1:1 meetings with support staff to review current workload, general well-being and support • Support Staff Reviews Qualifications: • Excellent attention to detail, professionalism, interpersonal skills, organization, and time management skills • Excellent computer skills, and understanding of Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, and payroll processes Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
