While general legal experience is helpful, salary will be reflective of experience in our practice areas. Responsibilities: • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve client's needs after analysis • Become proficient in estate planning strategies, estate administration, and real estate matters • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome • Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients, and completing tasks • Previous experience in at least 2 of our practice areas Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus • Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a law firm environment. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply. • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must • Jobseekers should be a member of the local bar association • Interest in serving the needs of rural clients and business owners. Compensation: $80,000 - $92,000 yearly
