Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to develop winning strategies for buying and selling homes. • Phone calls, follow-ups, e-mail communications, meetings, appointments, and overall management of the sales pipeline. • Manage leads by phone, email, text, social media, and CRM. • Hold open houses to secure unrepresented buyers who need a great real estate agent. • Network and market to find new customers. • Build a personal brand and generate business through social media channels. Qualifications: • Real estate experience of 2+ years is a PLUS! • Current real estate license or will have in 30 days • Smart, hungry, and energetic • Collaborative and team-oriented • Full-time work including evenings and weekends • Familiarity with the Seattle area real estate market • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Organized and resourceful with a friendly focus on customer service • Weekend and evening hours are expected to meet the needs of clients • Customer service background Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
