CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE
Waitr is an on-demand restaurant platform designed to connect local restaurants to hungry consumers. Founded in Lake Charles, LA, Waitr's mission is to develop the local food culture for communities across the United States by expanding the reach of local restaurant menus. Waitr now has more than 6,200 restaurant partners in more than 230 cities across the U.S.
Customer Success Representatives are a lot like 911 dispatchers. They're cool, calm, and collected. When things get crazy here at Waitr, they're the ones on the phones directing traffic and keeping customers/restaurants from losing their minds. When they aren't saving lives, they're assigning drivers to orders and monitoring delivery statuses. The position ultimately consists of three major parts: Customer Support, Tech Support and Driver Support.
Being a CSR requires dedication, exceptional communication skills, a thick skin and a great sense of humor. We're looking for motivated CSRs with entrepreneurial mindsets to join our team. Previous employment experience in the restaurant industry or customer service is a must. Call center, retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
