The LAUNCHER position is a critical piece of our new market launches. Launchers get the opportunity to travel the country and spread Waitr love. The primary function of the Launcher position is to work with the Launch Manager to execute the launch strategy within a new market. We are looking for strong performers who are results-driven and can get things done!  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assists Launch/Expansion Manager with launch tasks 
• Works with Launch Manager to coordinate and execute all elements of launches/expansions Responsible for ordering all materials for launch (collateral, bags, shirts, swag, tent/tablecloth) Coordinates the launch party including ordering and shipment of party materials 
• Responsible for attending launch calls and working with the Launch Manager to develop street team plan 
• Responsible for ordering groceries for the launch house 
• Responsible for determining who will attend launch as members of the street team 
• Must attend all launches within their region and act as the Launch Lead

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

1. 2-year Associate/Technical Degree or equivalent experience in the fields of marketing, advertising, sales, and/or similar field. 

2. Minimum of one to three years of related Management/Operations and/or Marketing experience. Equivalent military technical training considered.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

1. Experience with team leadership and event management is a plus.

TRAVEL: This is primarily a travel based position. Candidates should expect to travel 75-100% of the time.
