We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE who is wanting to grow their career! You will be a key player at a growing company.

We are looking for a positive and experienced Client Services Representative, who is a self-starter and is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and is deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support.

Desired Qualities of a Client Services Representative:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Incoming phone call management skills required
• Customer service skills are a must
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
• Excellent social skills and ability to collaborate required
• Previous experience with Microsoft office programs required
• Adaptability in high pace work environments required
• Punctuality and excellent attendance required
• Ability to type 35 words per minute
• Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook required
• Knowledge of Insurance Billing processes are a plus

Duties to be performed:

• Answering high volume phone lines
• Divergent thinking
• Data Verification
• Payment Processing
• Generating Reports
• Corresponding with Clients through various mediums
• Utilization of Billing Systems
• Conflict Resolution
