Waldorf Garrison has an opening for our Full-Time Internship program for Summer 2022. This is a full-time paid internship opportunity. Students with an interest in gaining more experience in sales, business, management, communications, entrepreneurship and marketing are highly encouraged to apply!

As a result, we combine our sales training with our management training program. With our company rapidly growing, our team is growing and looking for new and talented sales and marketing professionals to join our team.

INTERNS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH AND SHADOW MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS:

• Sales
• New Business Development
• Marketing
• Social Media
• Human Resources / Recruiting

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Conduct daily appointments with customers
• Daily involvement in a collaborative work environment
• Potential to grow and develop (many of our Senior Leadership started in these roles)
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks
• Contact customers to open new services with our client
• Follow all outlined requirements for contact and sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High level of reliability
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Management, Marketing or Entrepreneurship
• Great student mentality
• Down for whatever attitude
• Great work ethic
