ENTRY-LEVEL SALES ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Waldorf Garrison is an outsourced sales firm. Large companies come to us to help attract and retain customers in any given market around the U.S. After 5 years of experience, we have developed a strong team and opened our location here in Chicago.

Waldorf Garrison was created simply due to a need. A need for our client to find new customers in the area. Although we gain our clients thousands of new customers in a year, the customer gets an experience that makes them feel like our only customer. We meet with each person individually to discuss their needs.

We are actively hiring for a Full-Time Sales Account Representative to help expand our client's customer base.

WE WORK BOTH REMOTELY AND IN PERSON. WE OFFER A FLEXIBLE/HYBRID SCHEDULE-COMMUTING TO THE LOMBARD LOCATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts both on site and via phone
• Act as a liaison for our clients and their customers
• Perform outstanding customer service and sales
• Meet daily via zoom to go over targets and best practices
• Maintaining existing relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years in a customer-focused role
• Associates degree+
• Proven track record of driving results and consumer sales
• Strong communication skills
• A goal-oriented attitude
