Our client, a dynamic CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) software company, is in the midst of impressive growth. To support their expansion, they are seeking experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join their talented team. Role and Responsibilities: As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of our next-generation trading platform.
Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features.
• Crafting efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Active participation in the continuous testing and delivery pipeline.
• Providing engineering support to our Customer Success team on a rotation basis.
• Writing and maintaining unit, integration, and feature tests.
• Conducting code and test reviews to ensure quality.
• Assisting in reducing technical debt within the system.
• Timely acceptance and feedback on tasks.
• Offering and seeking technical assistance and clarification when needed.
• Mentoring and collaborating with fellow team members.
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and sharing knowledge within the team.

Position Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack application development, primarily with Ruby on Rails, and proficiency in React/TypeScript, SQL-compliant databases, Go, Python, and open-source commercial technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with high-volume event-based system architectures.
• Experience with Agile software development practices.
• A disciplined and task-oriented approach to development, testing, and code structure.
• Availability to work within US time zones.
• Alignment with our company's values.

Nice-to-Haves: While not mandatory, the following qualifications are considered advantageous:

• Experience in finance, energy, commodities, or equity trading.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade software and highly-secured multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in real-time data streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Knowledge of Ember.
