We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our team; existing successful recruiters within our walls have assorted backgrounds in management, executive management, B2B and inside sales. As a Technical Recruiter / Sales Account Associate, you will work with candidates, hiring managers, and Practice Leaders. You will learn and embody exceptional candidate and client generation, outstanding time management, and the ability to prioritize. This is a sales-minded opportunity where your income is directly linked to your efforts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of recruiting/sales experience required. High-volume phone experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Desire to learn and fully immerse yourself in a new industry
• Social media proficient and tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and programs
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule while also contributing to a team environment
• Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality
• Flexibility and the ability to overcome rejection; must be able to think on your feet and come up with immediate responses to objections
• High-energy and competitive personality with the ability and motivation to keep up in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere
• Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced work environment; ability to plan and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
