THE IDEAL HEALTHCARE IT RECRUITER WILL POSSESS:

• Minimum of 1 yr. recruiting experience is ideal_._
• Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
• Competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• "Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Goal oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit with a metrics driven mindset!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is required within communications, business or healthcare (preferred).
