Job Description

COMPANY: Global Credit Asset management firm with over $30B of AUM. Platforms include high yield bonds, CLO's, leveraged loans, private lending, distressed investments, and structured products.

JOB TITLE: Loan Closer, VP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead a team responsible for the Par and Distressed loan closing process.
• Work closely with counterparty’s to coordinate all aspects of the loan process.
• Upload deal details on ClearPar
• Confirm trade tickets from internal records
• Review cash and resolve any issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree finance, economics or related field
• 6+ years of Loan Closing / Settlement experience
• Experience with ClearPar and WSO a strong plus
• Knowledge of Funds / Fund Structures
• Buy-Side Operations experience required
• Experience across multiple asset classes and loan structures
