    ABOUT THE POSITION

    We currently have vacancies for an E-Commerce / Marketing Associate(s) for our kitchen appliance brand and as well as our home decoration products, the incumbent will work independently to conceptualize fresh idea for online marketing. You will work closely with the design team to execute the marketing plans and as well as external social influencers.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Manage, develop and maintain e-commerce relationships with key retailers - Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Goods, Michaels and many more

    • Have the confidence and knowledge to communicate with influencers

    • Drive sales through the optimization of product assortment and category expansion

    • Analyze current catalog and report on product and category trends, sales and margin

    • Have a deep understanding of category, product and vendor performance

    • Have a deep understanding of kitchen appliances and wall decor

    • Suggest on site promotions while maintaining healthy margins

    • Work in tandem with our graphics and content teams to enhance product titles, descriptions, categorization, images, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales

    • Meet and exceed monthly sales growth goal

    • Help analyze and develop sales and marketing strategy

    • Manage overall digital marketing strategy while maintaining brand vision

    • Data entry; create and upload product data

    • Bachelors Degree preferred

    • Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce account management experience with retailers

    • Strong computer skills

    • Experience selling across various online channels

    • Excellent analytical and excel skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong negotiation and organizational skills

    • Agile and efficient. Capable of switching priorities based on company goals

    • Ability to work independently and demonstrate commitment to both quality and tight deadlines

    • Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with a collaborative attitude

    • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically current versions of Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as technical website and internet experience.

    • Previous experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Digital Advertising and E-mail Marketing

    • Experience with Digital Advertising and E-mail Marketing and packaging design
