    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for contracting all showroom floor; cash, finance and lease deals. Must follow company expectations with truth and lending and red flags rules. The business manager is considered the backstop of the dealership. The business manager has access to and is engaged in tasks involving confidential and sensitive company and customer financial information. Must be held to a high standard of honesty and integrity.

    Essential Job Functions:

    It is the business manager's job to follow up on all funding, title, and cash issues with any and all deals. The business manager is expected to load each deal with proper information, print paperwork, sell applicable backend products, while maintaining an appropriate PVR. This position requires interaction with all customers, ability close deals, and work/maintain good working relationships with lenders. Must have knowledge of leasing, current rate, and bank programs offered. The business manager is expected to understand structure, be able to read credit reports, is detail oriented and organized, and must understand RDR process and incentive claims.

    Finance is responsible for collecting and funding all deals within dealership. Must understand fax funding/same day funding, gathering stips at time of deal to ensure quick funding, and receipts in any and all cash at time of deal. Assure that dealership is achieving appropriate PVR and warranty penetration. Define PVR objectives with each Product Specialist and follow up on performance. Train weekly on each product offered and what forms are required to fund a deal.

    Assist the other sales managers as necessary to ensure the smooth flow of business in the dealership as a whole, and other duties as assigned. Must be honest, professional, friendly, reliable, and have a positive attitude.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience working in a fast paced team oriented environment.
