Job Description
We are hiring for an onsite Hourly HR Training Coordinator in Frederick, MD
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or any related fields OR 1 years’ experience in communications, contact center, or related area.
- Great organizational skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT, and Outlook is a must.
- Experience putting together data into reports.
- Must be comfortable facilitating in front of large groups as they are responsible for onboarding.
Pay rate: $20 USD Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates learning activities, including organizing materials, monitoring progress, and advising on improvements to facilitate effective training and development programs.
- Manages new hire learning processes, including scheduling trainings and conducting orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all associates.
- Maintains accurate records and transactions, including filing, entering, and updating associate information, and ensuring payroll accuracy.
- Communicates company policies and changes to associates, and answers questions regarding company policies and procedures.
- Develops and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, while promoting compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
