** Warehouse Location: **2491 PRINCIPAL ROW, SUITES 100 200 & 300 ORLANDO, FL 32837

Pay: $22.95/hr + pay progression every 90 days! Enjoy a pay increase of $0.50 every 90 days, and up to $3.50 every 180 days!

_ Responsibilities:_

• Supervise associates, assign duties, and coordinate workloads.
• Support associate engagement by providing learning opportunities and encouraging teamwork.
• Monitor work plans, workloads, and associates to meet deadlines.
• Resolve day-to-day associate challenges and address improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Full-time position with fixed shifts tailored to business availability.

• Sunday-Thursday: 6AM-3PM OR 9AM-6PM
• Monday-Friday: 6AM-3PM OR 9AM-6PM

Qualifications

• Solid 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment. (Leverage your expertise in a thriving operational setting)
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment. (Showcase your leadership acumen and guide a team toward success)

Good to have:

• 6 Months Experience as a Walmart Supply Chain Associate. ( Dive into the heart of logistics and supply chain excellence)
• 2 or More Years of College in a Business or Related Field. (Fuel your career growth with academic prowess and real-world application)
